Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage plumbing design, coordination, and execution for residential projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Oversee HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Conduct site visits to inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) industry.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Electricals or related field (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid knowledge of MEP Design, MEP Coordination, Plumbing Design, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC System, MIVAN VILLAS.
