Role & responsibilities: The position involves retail/field sales, market expansion, consultant/dealer management and team handling for capital equipment, and other power/electrical equipment across the assigned Jharkhand region.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 5 - 12 years of experience in capital equipment/engineering sales
- Experience in DG Sets, HVAC, Pumps, Electrical Machinery, or similar equipment
- Robust exposure to retail/field sales and market development
- Experience in managing dealers, consultants, and sales teams
- Willingness to cover the assigned Jharkhand region.
