Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance on tasks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems related to supply chain disruptions or equipment malfunctions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years' experience in manufacturing industry as Production Manager/Supervisor/In-charge.
- Robust knowledge of manpower handling, production supervising, and controlling processes.
- Proven track record in improving productivity through effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
