Department: Logistics Export & Domestic

Education:

- Any Graduate
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in Export & Domestic Logistics
- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Project-based industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end export and domestic logistics operations, including vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
- Coordinate with production, transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and customers for timely dispatches.
- Manage packing details, container stuffing, carting, and shipment scheduling for SEA/AIR shipments.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, COO, FORM AI, SAFTA, etc.
- Ensure customs clearance compliance and resolve issues such as EGM errors and documentation discrepancies.
- Track shipments,



monitor delivery status, and maintain shipment records in SAP SD module.
- Handle freight rate negotiations, forwarder billing verification, and customer invoicing (including project customers).
- Support project-based shipments, re-imports, audit requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
