Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bagalkot, supporting plant and business operations within EID Parry’s sugar and allied segments. The role typically involves overseeing daily operational activities, monitoring production performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manager will assist in planning and executing process improvements, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing operational reports and documentation.

Responsibilities may also include supervising team members,



supporting resource allocation, and facilitating communication between plant leadership and frontline staff. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
