Designation: Assistant Manager - Client Delivery

Shift: 4 PM to 1:30 AM IST

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end client project delivery governance across assigned accounts, ensuring launch readiness, milestone achievement, SLA compliance, portfolio health, risk management, and successful execution. Act as the primary coordination point between Client Success, Operations, Quality, WFM, MIS, Product Solutions, and leadership while driving accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Requirements and Competencies:

- 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, account management, or client delivery.
- Strong expertise in project planning, SLA governance, risk management, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and performance recovery.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects/accounts and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Strong communication, executive reporting, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and cross-functional influence abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own project planning and execution from implementation through closure, including timelines, milestones, capacity, dependencies, and delivery strategy.
- Serve as the primary client delivery contact for project commitments, risks, escalations, and governance.
- Ensure on-time delivery against client expectations, contractual commitments, operational feasibility, and SLAs.
- Monitor portfolio health through project reviews, dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting.
- Track SLA attainment, milestones, capacity readiness, productivity, quality,



and delivery risks; raise early warnings and drive recovery plans for at-risk projects.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder governance, ensuring timely decisions, action closure, and alignment between client commitments and operational capacity.
- Support complex client requests, escalations, go-live readiness, training, and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead and develop Project Leads and team members, ensuring strong governance, accountability, and performance standards.

Preferred:

- Experience in US healthcare operations, risk adjustment, MRR, client delivery, or PMO environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, Onshore-Offshore delivery models, client escalation management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and large-scale delivery environments.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is good to have.
