Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure seamless execution of HR BAU activities.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee movements, HR documentation, payroll inputs and exits.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Drive adherence to defined HR processes, policies and SLAs.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Employee Engagement
- Support and drive employee engagement initiatives and HR interventions.
- Coordinate engagement activities, employee connect programs and HR campaigns.
- Identify employee experience gaps and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
