Key Responsibilities

1.Plan, strategize, and execute campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS, , and website channels end-to-end.

- Target and engage the right audience using data mining and segmentation, managing customer journeys based on responses.
- Upload data to platforms, schedule campaigns, and trigger communications manually or automatically.
- Pull campaign response data and send it to call centers for follow-up while preparing daily and weekly performance reports.
- Write customized campaign content, coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors, managing vendor invoicing and campaign tool performance.
- Work with technology vendors on chatbot flows, website styling, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Generate and segment target customer lists by language and geography, prioritizing communication channels effectively.
- Ensure campaign content is audit-ready, approved before dispatch, and maintain opt-in and DND compliance.
