Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Asst. Manager Manufacturing

Reports To Finance Controller

Job Summary The Accounts Payable Asst. Manager ensure for timely and accurate processing of raw material, component, and operational vendor invoices.

1. Accounting of Vendor Invoices through Three-way matching & verification
2. Knowledge on GST and TDS provisions
3. Able to generate E-invoice/E-Way bills from the GST portal
4. Able to handle 1 or 2 team members
5. Able to work of system-based environment and hands on windows, office

automation, like word, excel and Presentations
1. Liaisoning with Bankers for the collection / submission of documents related to

Imports / exports

Perform a Quarterly Vendor reconciliations
2. Need to provide all month-end reports to the management
3. Provide the data for GST, excise and customs returns filings well in advance

before the due date of the return
1. GL scrutiny and correct it through the reporting manager

11.Able to work in a narrow timeline 12.Knowledge on Accounting ERP packages will be an added advantage

13.Support for all type of internal / external Audits, due diligence or special assignments

14.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

15.Self-motivated and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaborations.
