We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team and support the smooth functioning of HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Manage employee joining, onboarding and induction
- Maintain employee records, personal files and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leave and shift-related HR records
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and attendance inputs
- Handle employee grievances and support positive employee relations
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures
- Support performance management, appraisals and confirmation processes
- Assist with statutory compliance and HR documentation




- Organize employee engagement, recognition and welfare activities
- Support training and development initiatives
- Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews
- Prepare regular HR reports on manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance and other HR activities
- Guide and support junior HR team members

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
- Approachable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
