- Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) functions across residential, commercial, township, infrastructure, and high-rise construction projects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans, HSE policies, SOPs, and safety management systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, labor laws, client requirements, and company safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification studies, safety audits, and site inspections to proactively mitigate risks.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical works.
- Ensure effective implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety procedures across project sites.
- Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks,



induction sessions, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, MEP, Contractors, Consultants, and Government Authorities on safety-related matters.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE, firefighting systems, emergency response equipment, and site safety infrastructure.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Prepare HSE MIS reports, safety dashboards, audit reports, compliance reports, and management presentations.
- Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across all project locations.
- Lead and mentor safety engineers, safety officers, and site safety teams to achieve zero-incident objectives.
