Role Description The Assistant General Manager Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions across the organization. This role includes managing HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting human resource development initiatives.

The position involves handling employee relations, resolving grievances, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding,



and workforce planning.

Resources will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Regular responsibilities also include HR data management, reporting, and supporting training and engagement programs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resource Development, including policy implementation, talent development, and performance management processes.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a constructive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure-focused organization is an advantage.
- Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
