Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role supports overall business operations, working closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and drive process improvements across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team activities, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to planning and implementation of growth strategies.





The Assistant General

Manager will help manage budgets, review reports and analytics, support client relationship management, and ensure timely delivery of advisory and financial services. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing operational workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a team-oriented work environment.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and compliance principles, ideally with exposure to funding, valuation, and investment advisory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data and reports to drive business outcomes.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including experience interacting with clients, partners, and internal leadership.
- Organizational and project management skills, with experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology platforms and business software tools used for financial analysis, reporting, and operational management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial or assistant general manager role within financial services, consulting, or a related industry is highly preferred.
