Role & responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects.

- Develop execution strategies and ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets.

- Review structural drawings, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.

- Lead project managers, senior engineers, site engineers, and contractors to achieve execution targets.

- Monitor RCC, structural, waterproofing, faade, and premium finishing works for quality compliance.

- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, MEP, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams.

- Control construction costs, material consumption, manpower productivity, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and approved quality procedures.

- Review project progress, resolve critical site issues, and implement corrective action plans.

- Report project performance, risks, and milestones to senior management and ensure timely handover.
