Role Description The Assistant Guarding Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves assisting in operating guarding and safety systems around machinery and equipment, monitoring work areas for compliance with safety procedures, and reporting any irregularities or hazards to supervisors.

The Assistant Guarding

Operator helps in starting, stopping, and checking equipment according to instructions, supports routine inspections and basic maintenance activities, and maintains cleanliness and order in the assigned work area. The role also includes completing simple documentation,



following shift schedules, cooperating with other team members, and adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of industrial operations, machinery, or production processes, or willingness to learn under supervision.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety instructions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and carry out tasks in a timely, organized manner.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move around the worksite, and handle routine manual tasks safely.
- Attention to detail and reliability in monitoring equipment, work areas, and documentation.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with operators, supervisors, and other staff.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial or mechanical fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or plant workplace is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
