- Designation - Assistant Manager - Finance
- Location - Vikhroli (WFO)
Role Purpose:
Manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through analysis and insights across functions, including EMPG.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financials and ensure Ind AS compliance
2. Manage book closing, audits, and internal financial controls
3. Drive MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards
4. Provide business insights and performance analysis across segments
5. Conduct EMPG business performance review as part of overall analysis
6. Partner with stakeholders and present insights to leadership
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation
Qualifications & Experience:
1. CA mandatory
2. 36 years in financial reporting/business finance
3. Exposure to project/manufacturing industry preferred
