- Exposure to Heavy Engineering Equipment’s like Crushers, Ball Mills, FEL, Hammer Mill, Rotary Dryer, hammer mills, Vibrating feeders & dynamic separators.
- Air Compressors(Screw), centrifugal Pumps, positive displacement pumps, etc.
- Material Handling Equipment like Fork Lift, Loader, Belt Conveyor, Roller conveyors.
- Screw Conveyors and Elevators.
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment,
- Hot air generators, Oil Burners (Heavy Oil), Thermic fluid Heaters, Dryers, Heat exchangers, Chilling System.
- Pollution Control Equipment like Pulse Jet Dust Collector.
- Handling a team of Fitters, contract workmen, outsourced jobs & AMC personnel.
- Report generation as per the group standards Maintenance planning and manpower.
- Performance Management of the subordinates:-Target / Goal setting, Appraisals, Feedback as per the objectives set for the department.

Educational Qualification:

- The ideal candidate should preferably Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mech.

Experience:

- He should have worked in the field of Mechanical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry preferably Cement industries
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of Experience (Mechanical)
