Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

- Manage and maintain CRM databases using Salesforce CRM software.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer relationships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation campaigns.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or a related field.

- Solid understanding of CRM analytics, clevertap, marketing automation, and salesforce crm tools.

- Proven track record of developing effective CRM strategies that drive business results.
