Contractual/ Temp Role : Assistant Manager/Manager Commercial (Telugu)

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate production activities across

Television (Fiction & Non-Fiction) and/or Film projects

.

- Work closely with production houses, producers, creative teams, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Maintain and develop robust relationships with

Telugu film producers, television producers and production houses

.

- Coordinate with external production partners and stakeholders for project requirements, schedules and deliverables.

- Undertake on-ground shoot visits and travel as required for production-related activities.

- Track production budgets, costs, schedules and other key numbers with strong attention to detail.

- Prepare and maintain

MIS, reports, trackers and production-related data

.

- Create and present

PowerPoint decks, reports and business updates for internal stakeholders.

- Use

MS Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, tracking and reconciliation.

- Support negotiations, planning and coordination with production partners as required.

- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of production-related deliverables and issues.





- Coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Television or Film Production.

- Experience across

Fiction and/or Non-Fiction television production will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of the

Telugu television and film production ecosystem

.

- Established network/contacts with

Telugu film producers, television producers and production houses

.

- Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong proficiency in

MS Excel and PowerPoint

.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- English and Telugu proficiency is required; Hindi will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to undertake on-ground shoot visits and travel based on project requirements.

- SAP experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who combines hands-on production experience, strong industry relationships, commercial/numerical acumen and excellent coordination skills
