Role Description The Assistant Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer. This role is responsible for supporting area-level sales planning, executing client acquisition strategies, and promoting wealth advisory products and services to prospective and existing clients.

The position involves meeting clients, understanding their financial needs, presenting tailored investment solutions, and coordinating with internal advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

The Assistant Area Sales

Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare periodic reports,



and help organize local events or seminars to increase brand visibility. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and providing feedback to senior management to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of wealth management, investment products, and financial markets; familiarity with PMS, AIF, or related advisory services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Good organizational, analytical, and reporting skills, including comfort with CRM systems and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, travel within the area as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) are a plus.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or wealth advisory sales is preferred, along with a results-oriented and ethical approach to client service.
