Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
- Ensure accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IGAAP and applicable accounting principles.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Manage Income Tax compliance, including TDS calculations, returns, payments, and related statutory requirements.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Maintain and review general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper classification of transactions.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants for audits and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, general accounting, and R2R processes.
- Hands-on experience in GST and Income Tax compliance.
- Valuable understanding of ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Experience in bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.




- Working knowledge of statutory compliance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software / ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounting.
