Position Overview The Assembly Operator is responsible for performing hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly operations across the electric vehicle production line.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble EV parts like motor, battery, chassis, and wheels according to line instructions.
- Fit and plug in electrical wires, clips, and cable connectors properly.
- Tighten bolts and nuts using manual wrenches, pneumatic guns, and torque tools.
- Check each part for scratches, loose fittings, missing screws, or damages before fitting.
- Lift and place parts safely on the line by hand or using lifting hoists.
- Report wrong, broken, or defective parts immediately to the line leader.




- Follow all factory safety rules and wear required gear like safety shoes, gloves, and glasses.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free of waste tools or wires.
- Complete the assigned assembly tasks within the required shift target time.

Qualification

- Education: 10th / 12th Pass, ITI (Any Trade), Diploma, or Any Degree
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers eligible; prior experience in automobile, EV, electronics, or machine assembly preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
