Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an ASR and AI Transcription Specialist (English Language || wps 65) at HR TEAM. The specialist will work with automatic speech recognition (ASR) and AI-based transcription tools to convert spoken English audio into accurate, well-formatted text.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing machine-generated transcripts, correcting errors, applying style and formatting guidelines, and ensuring high-quality output for diverse audio sources. The role involves handling multiple transcription projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining consistency in language, punctuation, and terminology. The specialist will collaborate with team members,



provide feedback on AI model performance, and contribute to process improvements while working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

- Strong English language proficiency, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation, with the ability to type at or above 65 words per minute.
- Experience working with ASR and AI transcription tools, and familiarity with audio quality issues and transcription best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and editing transcripts, with the ability to follow style guides and formatting standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a remote, full-time environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including basic office software and online collaboration systems.
