Exavalu Solution India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, delivery, and governance of AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine solid project/program management capabilities with a solid understanding of AI technologies, software engineering, data platforms, and Agile delivery.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, architects, and leadership to deliver AI solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Project & Program Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI projects from initiation through production deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.




- Manage multiple AI projects/work streams simultaneously.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business outcomes.

1. AI/ML Delivery

- Understand AI/ML project life cycles including data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Manage delivery of Generative AI, LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and AI Automation initiatives.
- Work with technical teams on AI solution architecture, model selection, data requirements, APIs, integrations, and deployment approaches.
- Understand concepts such as RAG, embedding, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI agents, MLOps, and LLM evaluation.
- Coordinate POCs, MVPs, pilots, and production implementations.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary delivery interface between clients/business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct project reviews, steering committee meetings, status meetings, and executive reporting.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks,



and decisions effectively.
- Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, data, security, and architecture teams.
