POSITION 1: AI ENGINEER / AI/ML ENGINEER / GEN AI ENGINEER

About the Role

We are seeking talented AI Engineers to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects involving Large Language Models, Generative AI, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using LangChain
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
- Develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Work with vector databases and embedding models
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI product development
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML research and implement best practices

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.)
- Expertise in LangChain framework
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts

POSITION 2: AI LEAD

Experience: 5+ Years (with 2+ years leadership) | Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
- Define technical architecture for AI/ML solutions




- Drive adoption of Gen AI, LLM, LangChain, and MCP technologies
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders
- Establish best practices for AI development and deployment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Hire, train, and develop AI talent
- Represent the team in technical discussions with clients/leadership

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Expert-level Python programming
- Deep expertise in LLMs, LangChain, and MCP
- Experience with Gen AI application development
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms and deep learning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

POSITION 3: AI ARCHITECT

Experience: 5+ Years (with architecture experience) | Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end AI/ML architecture for enterprise solutions
- Define reference architectures for Gen AI, LLM, and RAG systems
- Establish AI technology standards and best practices
- Evaluate and select AI tools, frameworks, and platforms
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI systems
- Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with architecture focus
- Expert-level knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Deep expertise in LLMs, LangChain, and MCP
- Experience designing Gen AI solutions at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems
