- Experience building AI platforms and reusable AI capabilities

- AWS Strands and agent-based application development, frameworks

- Generative AI experience (Claude and other LLMs)

- Agentic AI use cases, AI agents, and workflow orchestration

- RAG implementations, including chunking strategies, retrieval patterns, and agentic RAG

- AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Glue, API integrations, and event-driven architectures

- Strong Data Engineering fundamentals and data pipeline development

- Experience building and deploying chatbots and conversational AI solutions

- Understanding of full-stack application deployment and integration on AWS

- Ability to independently drive technical design, development, and delivery with minimal oversight
