Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with 8+ years of overall experience to build intelligent agents and reusable components that can reason, plan, and act. The role combines agentic AI engineering, strong Python development, application management, and automation in a modern data-platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and components capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks.
- Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement guardrails and ReAct (Reasoning and Acting) patterns to support controlled, reliable agent behavior.
- Develop agent memory, tool-use capabilities, and integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Collaborate with prompt engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI-powered solutions.
- Contribute to AIOps initiatives and build or maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.




- Develop and maintain production-quality Python services, including asynchronous processing, APIs, and microservices.
- Work with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures as part of data and AI solution development.
- Support application management and development activities, including Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall professional experience in software development and/or application engineering.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, particularly LangChain and LangGraph.
- Practical knowledge of guardrails, ReAct patterns, agent memory, tool calling, and MCP.
- Strong Python engineering skills, including async programming, API development, and microservices.
- Experience with AIOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Working experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Robust primary skills in Application Management, Development, and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.

Work Location & Work Model

- Location: Bangalore.
- Hybrid work model: On-site presence required 3 days per week.
