Role Description The Art Director role at Pavilions and Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Art

Director will lead creative direction for exhibitions, events, interiors, and brand environments, translating client objectives into compelling visual concepts and design narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, guiding graphic and spatial design teams, reviewing layouts and brand assets, and ensuring visual coherence across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with project managers, clients,



and production teams to align creative work with project requirements, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

The Art

Director will also participate in presentations, provide feedback on prototypes and installations, and contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Art Direction and Creative Direction skills to lead visual concepts and design narratives across diverse projects.
- Candidates should possess Branding and Graphic Design skills to create cohesive brand identities and visually consistent marketing and spatial materials.
- Candidates should possess Graphics skills, including proficiency in industry-standard design tools and an eye for composition, color, and typography.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in experiential, exhibition, retail, or interior environments, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field are preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and work on-site with production stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects, attention to detail, and familiarity with print, fabrication, and installation processes will be beneficial.
