Position : Area Sales Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in ICU Products, Critical Care Units, and Respiratory Therapy , along with proven experience in channel management and private project business.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage sales channel partners in the assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
- Generate and manage private project business, including prospect identification, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Achieve assigned quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand territory coverage through direct customer engagement and indirect channel networks.
- Develop business in Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities by appointing and managing multiple channel partners.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, key decision-makers, and channel partners.
- Share monthly sales prospects, business performance, and market updates with the reporting manager.
- Actively follow up on identified opportunities and coordinate internally to support successful deal closure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Mandatory experience in ICU Products, Critical Care Units, and Respiratory Therapy.
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device / healthcare equipment sales.
- Strong experience in channel partner and distributor management.
- Experience in private hospital/project business will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
