Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Kanpur-Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the perfumery, essential oil or natural ingredients industry.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Bill Of Materials

Salary: 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum (Salary will depend upon experience and value addition to the organization)

About company : This is an essential oil manufacturing, trading, and distribution companies in India. This cater to many industries like, pharmaceuticals, food and flavors, Fragrances, home care, personal care, skin care, etc. We are 25+ year old company having manufacturing set ups and having clients spread across India and the globe.

Job details:

- Responsible for developing current, tangible businesses in the natural extracts, essential oils and natural ingredients sector in domestic market.
- To establish contacts with R & D professionals in various companies using natural raw materials in cosmetic, perfumery, mouth freshener, home care and aromatherapy industry.
- Manage existing customer accounts and increase product portfolio with a stipulated and targeted timeline.
- Explore new and upcoming industry segments where products can be used and establish contacts in these segments of the industry




- Create a specific business plan to approach untapped customers in key segments of the industry.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction drive and customer satisfaction surveys in the domestic market.
- Marketing mapping, identification of demographics in terms of value and volume.
- Responsible for creating reports and presentation that includes but not limited to cost analysis, profitability, pipeline project management, travel plans.

Abilities and skills required:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the perfumery, essential oil or natural ingredients industry.
- Flexible with timing, travel and domain knowledge adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Hands on expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly excel, word and power point.
- Ability to adjust to different work cultures, individuals and systems.
