Job Summary

Hiresium Technologies India LLP is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager for its client, Square Foot. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, project sales, business development, and client relationship management in the building materials or related industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building solid industry relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and project sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and contractors.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customer accounts and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and project sales.
- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, or contractors.
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the listed locations.
