Role & Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities for faade projects, including structural glazing, curtain wall glazing, ACP cladding, aluminium doors and windows, and railing works.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.
- Generate leads and secure faade project orders from residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to promote company services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, tenders, and project negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, purchase, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and regular sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
- 58 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the faade, aluminium, glass, ACP, railing, or construction industry.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, project sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Established contacts with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors are preferred.
- Good knowledge of faade products, project specifications, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and independently develop current business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Location: Hyderabad, with travel as required.
