A growing organization offering electrical safety products, industrial PPE, and mechanical workwear solutions to industrial and commercial customers.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced BDE – Electrical Safety & Mechanical Workwear to develop business across the West Region. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of industrial sales, customer acquisition, and the PPE, electrical safety, workwear, or industrial safety market.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop new customers and expand business across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Manage and retain existing customer relationships.

Drive sales of electrical safety, PPE, and mechanical workwear products.

Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.

Conduct customer visits, product presentations, awareness campaigns,



and seminars.

Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and timely payment recovery.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall market growth.

Requirements:

1+ years of industrial sales experience .

Relevant experience in Electrical Safety, PPE, Workwear, Industrial Safety, or Textile is preferred.

Strong knowledge of industrial markets and customer networks in Maharashtra/Gujarat.

Good understanding of industrial products, safety solutions, and selling techniques.

- Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
