Job Title: Area Sales Manager (B2B Pharma Sales)

DESIGNATION/ TITLE - ASM(Pharma sales)

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5Years

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. (Biotech/Micro) or similar

BUDGET: MAX UPTO 15 LPA (MAX 30% hike on the current CTC)

OBJECTIVE

Responsible forbusiness development, managing daily activities in sales to include day to day and capital projects sales, Administrating, negotiating, reviewing, and evaluating for availability, price,term, and quality of products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for Domestic - Industrial/ Institutional sales for all product line in Biotechnology division which includes, Microbiological Media Culture, Lab Chemicals, Lab Consumables, reagents, etc.
- To identify & develop new business opportunities in B2B channel by gathering and updating customer intelligence




- Manage new and existing clients by providing service, explore and identify all their needs.
- Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
- Establish & maintain productive relationship with new and existing clients
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / zone / channel
- Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
- Develop Annual and quarterly budgets by product, geography and channel partner, and draw up network and market coverage plans to meet the agreed targets.
- Ensure that sales are made strictly within the credit and cash discount parameters.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
