Role & responsibilities :

- Drive business growth through open market sourcing and achieve business targets in assigned area.

- Lead, mentor and monitor cluster managers and sales teams to maximize productivity.

- Develop market penetration strategies and strengthen customer acquisition.

- Monitor business performance, disbursements and portfolio quality.

- Ensure adherence to credit policy, operational processes and compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline with experience in Micro Mortgage or MLAP.

- Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales.

- Robust leadership, business development and team management skills.
