Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail channel sales performance, including primary & secondary sales, tertiary sales, and distribution management.
- Oversee dealer management activities to drive business growth through effective relationship building with dealers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing customers while identifying recent opportunities for expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive sales growth through effective channel sales tactics and strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
- Manage and optimize channel incentive programs, including promotions and rebates, to drive partner engagement and sales.
