Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure effective use of resources and meet customer demand.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze data to optimize last mile delivery performance and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in last mile delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process improvements.
