Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

- Achieve regional sales targets for services and retail products.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance of salons.
- Develop strategies to increase salon footfall, client retention, and average billing value.
- Drive retail product sales through in-salon promotions and staff training.

2. Salon Performance Management

- Oversee the performance of all salons in the assigned region.
- Monitor KPIs such as service numbers, retail sales, client retention, and productivity.
- Conduct regular salon visits to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.

3. Team Leadership

- Manage and guide salon managers and sales teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and set monthly targets for salons.
- Train teams on upselling, customer service, and retail product knowledge.

4. Business Development

- Identify opportunities for new salon locations or partnerships in the region.
- Build relationships with local partners, corporate clients,



and influencers.
- Support current salon launches and local marketing initiatives.

5. Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with the marketing team for regional campaigns and promotions.
- Execute local marketing initiatives to drive salon footfall.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and client engagement.

6. Reporting & Data Analysis

- Prepare monthly sales reports and regional performance analysis.
- Track key metrics such as client retention, repeat visits, retail conversion, and staff productivity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

7. Operations & Compliance

- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are maintained across all salons.
- Monitor inventory levels, retail stock movement, and product availability.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.
