Area Growth Manager - Beverages - FMCG - 3+ Years - Karnataka

Summary - An exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG professional with 3+ years of experience to lead business growth, channel distribution, and market activation across assigned retail and distributor accounts.

Location - (Karnataka - Belgaum ,Raichur, Hubli, Davangere)

Responsibilities -

1. Service key retail and distributor accounts directly while managing and monitoring Sales Executives and Business Development Consultants within the assigned area.
2. Meet key distributors and retailers regularly to negotiate business terms and ensure robust commercial relationships.
3. Achieve primary and secondary sales and collection targets on a weekly and monthly basis through strategic execution with the team, distributors, and Sales Supervisors.
4. Drive product visibility targets across outlets and design tailored localized visibility plans based on market dynamics and brand priorities.
5. Implement company schemes and promotions, maintain accurate outlet/sales-point territory data, and enforce total financial discipline across all channels.

Requirements -

1. Minimum 3+ years of total work experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage distribution, or General Trade sales.
2. Proven track record in target achievement, distributor handling, secondary sales execution, and payment collections.
3. Strong understanding of general trade and modern trade distribution networks.
4.



Solid leadership and team-handling skills to manage sales supervisors and field executives.
5. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and data maintenance skills.
