Evernorth is seeking a highly experienced Architecture Senior Advisor to lead the architecture, design, and technology strategy for enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role requires deep expertise in API Development, Agent Development, AWS Cloud, Data Ingestion, IAM, Node.js, React, and React Native , with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 13-16 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- API Development & Integration Architecture
- Agent Development & Intelligent Automation Solutions
- AWS Cloud Architecture
- Data Ingestion & Integration Frameworks
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Node.js
- React.js
- React Native
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing highly available, scalable,



and secure cloud-native applications.
- Expertise with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital experiences.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
- Drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives leveraging AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions to address business challenges.

Application & Platform Architecture

- Design scalable, resilient, and secure API and microservices ecosystems.
- Architect intelligent agent-based solutions and workflow automation platforms.
- Lead the architecture of web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
- Design and optimize large-scale data ingestion, integration, and processing frameworks.




- Ensure interoperability across platforms through API-first and event-driven design principles.

Security & Governance

- Define enterprise IAM architecture, authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Drive DevSecOps practices and secure application architecture across the development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Business Partners, and Enterprise Architects to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and roadmap planning.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to senior engineers and architects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with healthcare technology or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration, observability, monitoring, and platform engineering practices.
- TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or related architecture certifications preferred.
