Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all design elements, including dimensions, materials, and finishes.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visual representations of the designed spaces.
- Develop conceptual designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects using AutoCAD.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or a related field (residential architecture preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD programs an asset.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients at various levels.
- Robust understanding of architecting principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
