We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of robust experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will champion technical execution across our up-to-date frontend frameworks (Angular) and scalable backend services built on the .NET/C# ecosystem.
As a Tech Lead, you will spend roughly 60-70% of your time remaining hands-on with high-impact coding, system design, and API architecture, while allocating the remaining time to mentoring developers, driving agile engineering practices, and collaborating closely with product architects to convert business requirements into production-ready software.
