Job Requirements lead the migration and modernization of our AWS container infrastructure from Amazon ECS to Amazon EKS, while refactoring our core Terraform cluster modules for scalability, security, and zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Container Migration Plan and execute zero-downtime migrations of containerized workloads from AWS ECS (EC2/Fargate) to AWS EKS.

IaC & Module Refactoring Modularize and maintain production Terraform/CloudFormation codebases to support modern cluster standards.

IAM & Security Configure fine-grained container security using IAM Tasks/Roles, IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts), and pod security policies.

Networking & Traffic Cutover Configure AWS VPC CNI, ALB Ingress Controllers, and Route 53 DNS routing for canary and blue-green deployments.





CI/CD & Observability Update CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD) and establish unified telemetry using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.

Required Skills

AWS & Containers 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, focusing heavily on ECS and EKS / Kubernetes.

Terraform Expertise Solid proficiency in writing reusable Terraform modules, managing state (⁠terraform state mv⁠), and managing IaC lifecycle.

Networking & Security Solid understanding of VPCs, subnets, ingress controllers, and IAM least-privilege security models.

CI/CD Experience automating container builds and infrastructure deployments
