AEM Technical Architect – T1

Role Purpose

"Designs the end-to-end architecture for AEM projects, ensuring seamless integration with other Adobe and enterprise platforms.

Provide architectural blueprints Diagram and technical leadership to the Development team on AEM Sites platform AEM expertise, you will also be responsible for ensuring approved assets are organized, tagged, and governed correctly for page publishing and enterprise reuse.

You will improve DAM and metadata discipline to support easier search, reuse, and localization readiness, ultimately supporting reusable content frameworks that improve delivery efficiency over time."

Skills/Experience

Define solution architecture across AEM Sites, DAM, and connected systems.

Proven experience leveraging AI platform to architect and execute seamless AEM content migrations and automated workflow integrations"

Create high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

Work closely with developers and customers to ensure an effective and intuitive implementation

Improve DAM and metadata discipline to support easier search, reuse, and localization readiness.





Own and manage the overall technical delivery to customer, lead the technical discussions with customer teams

Ensure AEM Best Practices are followed and no technical debt gets introduced during the project

Ensure approved assets are organized, tagged, and governed correctly for page publishing and reuse.

Support reusable content and asset frameworks that improve delivery efficiency over time.

Help reduce asset-related delays by validating asset availability, naming, and completeness.

Partner with publication and localization teams to ensure asset readiness for rollout.

Strong skills in Solution Architecture and Architecture development with ability to engage with senior stakeholders in customer organization

Positive problem solving and debugging skills

Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles Own and drive end-to-end AEM page migration, including planning, execution, validation, DAM and metadata discipline and optimization, ensuring content, structure, SEO, and functionality are accurately migrated and production-ready.
