Identify opportunities to improve existing design processes and introduce efficient design methodologies.

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Contribute to the development and evolution of the organization’s overall design strategy.

Required Skills &

Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in design, preferably in a corporate, technology, or digital environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.

Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.



Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-quality design work.

Experience leading design projects from concept to final delivery. Robust stakeholder and client management skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to provide creative direction and constructive design feedback. Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills Experience in UI/UX, digital design, product design, or design systems.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Experience in mentoring and managing designers. Knowledge of emerging design technologies and AI-assisted design tools.
