"We are seeking a Full Stack Sitefinity Expert with 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience to drive the end-to-end architecture, development, and modernization of our digital platforms.

In this role, you will lead complex Progress Sitefinity CMS (v14/v15+) implementations, blending deep back-end .NET Core engineering with modern front-end architectures (Next.js/Headless,

ASP.NET Core Renderer). Furthermore, you will lead technical strategy around Sitefinity’s native AI ecosystem—implementing Progress Agentic RAG, AI Search, agile taxonomy classification, and predictive audience personalization. You will act as the principal authority across backend APIs, frontend component systems, content architecture, and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Architectural Leadership: Architect, build, and deploy enterprise Progress

Sitefinity platforms across multi-site, multi-tenant environments using hybrid and decoupled/headless models (ASP.NET Core Renderer, Next.js, React).




- Enterprise .NET Backend Engineering: Design high-performance C# / .NET Core

services, custom Sitefinity modules, data structures, dynamic module builders, custom API endpoints (OData, REST, GraphQL), and enterprise database integrations.
- Native Sitefinity AI Implementation: Architect and integrate Sitefinity AI features,

including Progress Agentic RAG for conversational AI search, AI-Assisted Content Classification/Tagging, and Generative Content tools within the CMS backend.
- Frontend Design Systems & Components: Oversee modern frontend design systems

and build enterprise-grade, reusable widget libraries, custom layout templates, and interactive UI applications.
- Personalization & Data Intelligence: Connect Sitefinity Insight to track customer

journeys, execute AI-driven predictive audience segmentation, and deliver real-time personalized content rules.
