We are seeking a GenAI Champion to drive the adoption, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions across the organization. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing AI-powered solutions, promoting responsible AI adoption, and enabling teams to leverage emerging AI technologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement Generative AI solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases. Build and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.

Evaluate and integrate foundation models and enterprise AI platforms. Develop AI assistants, copilots, intelligent automation, and other GenAI use cases. Design scalable, secure, and reliable GenAI architectures for enterprise environments.

Work with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent platforms. Establish best practices for AI solution development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Promote

Responsible AI, including security, privacy, governance, compliance, and data protection.



Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to enterprise use cases.

Conduct

PoCs, technical evaluations, and solution demonstrations and support production adoption. Act as a GenAI subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams. Collaborate with architects, developers, data teams, security teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. Drive AI adoption, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across technology teams.

Required Skills Solid knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

Strong

Python programming skills.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks. Hands-on knowledge of AI agents, agentic AI, and tool-based workflows.

Experience integrating LLMs using APIs and SDKs. Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML services and deployment patterns. Understanding of MLOps, AI observability, model evaluation, and AI security. Strong solution architecture, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable GenAI solutions.
