Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a solid background in architecture and extensive experience in C# development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design and implementation of web-based applications using Selenium and C#. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and development of web applications using Selenium and C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.




- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Expertise in C# (C Sharp) programming language.
- Strong experience with Selenium for web application testing.
- Proven experience in software architecture and design.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
