AI/ML Engineer - Data Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions that leverage generative models. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms, with a robust emphasis on generative AI techniques.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices in AI/ML.

Mandatory Skills





- Strong expertise in Generative AI, including knowledge of models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and data science.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
