About the Role

We are looking for an Architect who can contribute across project feasibility, architectural planning, design development, documentation, and site coordination. The role will involve working closely with the leadership, consultants, and project teams to ensure that projects are well-planned, practical, and executed as per the approved design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Feasibility & Planning

- Conduct architectural and development feasibility studies for new projects.
- Evaluate plot potential, FSI/TDR, setbacks, height restrictions, parking, and applicable development regulations.
- Prepare preliminary layouts, area statements, and massing options.
- Assess design options from planning, execution, and commercial feasibility perspectives.

2. Design & Development

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare design proposals based on project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Develop practical and functional design solutions aligned with project objectives.

3. Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare and review working drawings, construction details, and architectural documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and updated as required.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultant drawings.

4. Site Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural execution.




- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Review site conditions and provide practical architectural solutions wherever required.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and design intent.

5. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in design and project review meetings.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, revisions, and other project-related requirements.

Requirements
- B.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.
- Robust knowledge of architectural planning, drawings, and construction details.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Understanding of development regulations and planning requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work closely with project sites and execution teams.
